We are amazed having you as a member of Miiwey Ride Share and we will do everything to make you feel welcomed, relax, safe and comfortable while having your travelling experience with Miiwey.
In order to be fully part of Miiwey Ride Share platform, we demand you to be the best of yourself and genuinely good while interacting with other users.
Most important key points of conduct are as follows:
• Be respectful
• Be kind
• Be genuine
Please note: We have a zero-tolerance when it comes to abuse, harassment, bully, racism, assault and any kind of violence.
You must not promote or advocate for commercial sexual services / human trafficking on our platform.
You must not upload / send nudity or pornographic contents across our platform. Do not scam, ask for money, or defraud any other users.
Any of these acts will result in your account being banned forever.

• When Booking Your Ride: Before you book any ride, make sure that the driver has their profile photo and has uploaded clear photo of their vehicle’s.
• Be Aware Of Scammers: Pay to the driver using their displayed payment method. Do not pay to the driver through any other means other than that of which they have displayed on their payment method.
• Stay Within Platform: It’s safer to communicate within our platform throughout your ride. Miiwey has implemented features that enable passengers and drivers communicate easily within the platform.
• When You Meet The Driver: Make sure it is the same driver and vehicle that you originally booked. If the driver appears to be different person or appeared with different vehicle, please do not embark on your ride with them.
• Check-in: Provide your booking number to the driver and make sure the driver checks you into their vehicle by verifying your booking number and make sure your ride request status changed to boarded before embarking your trip with them.
• Caution Warning: If the driver appears to be drunk or they look strange. Please do not embark on your ride with them.
• Cancelling Your Ride: Avoid cancelling your ride on a dying minute. In case of cancellation, make sure you cancel your ride long in advance in order to allow the driver to plan themselves ahead.
• Trip Cancellation: Even after accepting your ride request, we recommend that you contact the driver hours before your ride departure to seek their ride departure assurance. Please note that Miiwey can not guarantee your ride bookings.
• Avoid Consuming Alcohol: Avoid consuming alcohol while travelling on a ride share.
• Let Someone Know About Your Ride: Always make sure that a friend or someone else knows where you are going and which driver / Vehicle you are riding with.
• Report Strange Activity Of Driver: Ask driver to drop you immediately if you feel uncomfortable with their driving or when going on a strange road that you feel uncomfortable with and report such driver’s account.
• Your Belonging: It's your duty as a passenger to protect and keep your personal belonging safe and make sure that at the end of your trip you exit the vehicle with your personal belongings. If you forget your belongs in driver's vehicle, Please kindly contact such driver to inform them or report it to Miiwey. Please note that Miiwey can not guarantee the safety of your personal belongings.
• Breakdown & Accident: The driver is responsible for themselves and their passengers as its the driver's insurance coverage that covers the vehicle and all the vehicle occupants.
• International Travels: The driver has the right to check if they have necessary valid documents that allow them to travel. eg. Passport, ID card, Visa, Residence Permit.
• Rate & Review Driver: At the end of your ride, it’s advisable to rate and review your trip experience with drivers to create awareness of a driver to other passengers.
