In order to be fully part of Miiwey Ride Share platform, we demand from you being the best of yourself and be genuinely good while interacting with other users.
Most important key points of behavioural conduct are as follows:
• Be respectful
• Be kind
• Be genuine
Please note: We have a zero-tolerance when it comes to abuse, harassment, bully, racism, assault or any kind of violence.
You must not promote or advocate for commercial sexual services / human trafficking on our platform.
You must not upload / send nudity or pornographic contents across our platform. Do not scam, ask for money, or defraud any other users.
Any of the above acts result in immediate account deletation and applicable further legal consequences.
Should you enchanter with such issues, you are required to use the report link or email: Help@miiwey.com. Our team will attend to such issues with urgency.
• Passenger profile verification: Before you accept any ride request, make sure that the passenger has their profile photo and profile details updated.
• Be Aware Of Scammers: Do not accept payments from passengers through any means other than what you have set up as your payment method. Do not open any anuthorised links sent by passengers. Be mindful of sharing personal passwords or confidential codes with anyone.
• Stay Within Platform: It’s safer to communicate within our platform throughout your ride. Miiwey has implemented features that enable passengers and drivers communicate easily within the platform.
• When You Meet The Passenger: Make sure it is the same passenger that originally booked your ride. If the passenger appears to be different person. Please do not embark your ride with them.
• Check-in: As the driver, you should always make sure that you check-in your passengers by verifying their booking number and updating their their ride request status on the app before starting the journey.
• Caution Warning: Please be cautious and consider denying service if the passenger appears to be under any kind of altered state of consciousness.
• Cancelling Your Trip: Avoid cancelling your trip on a last minute. Cancellations are allowed if not later than 24 hours to the ride departure. Should you need to cancel your ride, you shall reimburse the paid passengers immediately after the cancellation.
• Ride Request Cancellation: Even after accepting passenger ride request, we recommend you to check with the passenger a couple of hours in advance prior to your ride departure for reassurance of attending. Please note, Miiwey can not guarantee your passenger's attendance of their ride request.
• Avoid Consuming Alcohol: As a driver, you must avoid consuming alcohol or use any kind of drugs while driving for everyone's safety.
• Report Strange Activity Of Passenger: Drop off the passenger, if they act strange, suspicious or if they ask you to turn into a strange road that you feel uncomfortable with and report such account.
• Passengers Belongings: It's your duty as a driver to protect your passengers and their belongs, if passenger forget their belongings in your vehicle, Please kindly contact such passenger and deliver back their items safely or report it to Miiwey.
• Breakdown & Accident: The driver is responsible for themselves and their passengers during the whole duration of the trip as its the driver's insurance coverage that covers the vehicle and all the vehicle occupants. As the driver, we recommend you to always have the appropriate vehicle insurance.
• International Travels: Driver should check with passengers travel documents before departure where applicable. eg. Passport, I'd card, Visa, Residence Permit.
• Complete Your Ride: It's your duty as a driver to change the status of your ride to completed upon arrival at your trip destination.
